INTRODUCTION
Wholesale Terms and Conditions- for shops or retailers looking to on sell Zoop products there are separate terms and conditions.
These Website Standard Terms and Conditions (these “Terms” or these “Website Standard Terms And Conditions”) apply to retail customers and are between you and Zoop Group Limited, which is a registered company in New Zealand. The Terms are broken into four sections for your convenience and contained herein on this webpage shall govern:
A). Purchases - the purchase of any product via this website (except for Wholesalers looking to stock their shops with Zoop products)
B). Use of Content - your use of this website and the content within, including all pages within this website (collectively referred to herein below as this “Website”).
C). General provisions
D). Privacy Policy - outlined on a separate link on the website.
These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use this Website, if you have any objection to any of these Website Standard Terms And Conditions.
A). PURCHASES:
GETTING ZOOP TO YOU
Our customers live in the outdoors of New Zealand and we want to keep you out there having fun and on an adventure. We go to great lengths to make sure you get Zoop from us quickly and easily.
Based on our standard terms we will make no delivery until full payment has been received and all customer and address details are clear. Zoop Group can accept no responsibility for return freight costs if customer addresses have been provided incorrectly.
Freight within NZ is $9.00 standard courier, but for orders over $60 is free when you enter the discount code SHIP60.
ZOOP IS 100% SUSTAINABLE
The Zoop Loop is at the core of what we do, protecting our bodies, each other and the planet. We cannot do this if our product does not arrive with you in perfect condition, because we want you to keep reusing those bottles, rottles and tubs again and again and again.
If our product arrives with you in less than the perfect condition it left our warehouse please send it back to us within 7 days and we will replace, or refund you. Just make sure that the goods are returned unused, or in the condition that they were received.
ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are processed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while Zoop Group Limited knows orders sometimes need to be changed, we can't do this for free after a certain point.
- if you cancel your order before it has been shipped, Zoop Group Limited will refund your transaction in full.
- if you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.
- Orders refused at delivery will incur any postage and transaction fees incurred.
B). USE OF CONTENT:
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website, under these Terms, ZOOP Group Limited and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
ZOOPNZ and its logo are trademarks of ZOOP Group Limited and they may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, used, modified or distributed in any way without the written permission of Zoop Group Limited.

Zoop Group Limited expressly disclaims all liability for claims for product defect, or failure, that are due to normal wear, product misuse, abuse, product modification, improper product selection, non-compliance with any codes, or misappropriation.
INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent ZOOP Group Limited from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
NEW ZEALAND - CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993
To the extent that you are a “consumer” within the definition of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, then this contract is to be read so as to conform to the obligations imposed in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where the terms of this contract are at variance with such Act, the Act will prevail.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
VARIATION OF TERMS
ZOOP Group Limited is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.
ASSIGNMENT
ZOOP Group Limited shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
