REFUND POLICY

ZOOP is 100% Sustainable 

The ZOOP Loop is at the core of what we do, protecting our bodies, each other and the planet. We cannot do this if our product does not arrive with you in perfect condition, because we want you to keep reusing those bottles, rottles and tubs again and again and again.

If our product arrives with you in less than the perfect condition it left our warehouse please send it back to us within 7 days and we will replace, or refund you. Just make sure that the goods are returned unused, or in the condition that they were received.


Order Cancellation

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are processed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while ZOOP Group Limited knows orders sometimes need to be changed, we can't do this for free after a certain point. 

- if you cancel your order before it has been shipped, ZOOP Group Limited will refund your transaction in full. 

- if you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return. 

- Orders refused at delivery will incur any postage and transaction fees incurred.
